- Use a clean, dry spoon every time to prevent spoilage and maintain quality.
- For pickles, ensure the lid is closed tightly after use and use a dry spoon to avoid moisture contact.
- For sweet balls (Ellu Orundai, Kadala Orundai), store in an airtight container or keep the pack sealed to maintain crispness and flavor.
- In humid climates, you may refrigerate podis, pickles, and masalas to extend freshness.
- Best consumed within 4 months of opening for the finest taste and quality(for Masala and podis)

SHIPPING & RETURNS
At PNK Enterprises, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
- Domestic Orders: All orders within India are shipped through registered courier companies or India Post Speed Post. Orders are usually dispatched within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon at checkout.
- International Orders: For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international courier services or International Speed Post within 0–7 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and destination. PNK Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout, and confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID.

Return & Cancellation Policy

- Perishable Products:
As our products are homemade and perishable, cancellations are not accepted after dispatch. Refunds or replacements will be considered only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Damaged / Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery along with photos or videos for verification.
- Wrong Product Received:
If the product received is not as described or differs from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
- Refunds:
Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
